Referral program terms

Joining
Anyone with a valid email address can join for free. You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live. We can pause or close an account that breaks these terms.
What counts as a referral
- A venue whose owner creates a VenueStack account within 90 days of clicking your link, in the same browser.
- A venue you send us from your dashboard, once we approve it and it then signs up.
A venue that already has a VenueStack account, your own venue, or a venue you work for as staff does not count. When more than one person claims a venue, the first valid link click wins, and we decide any remaining dispute.
What you earn
You earn $100 for each month a referred venue pays for its VenueStack subscription, for its first six paid months, so up to $600 per venue. A venue that pays for a year up front earns you all six months ($600) when that payment is made. The months start with the first paid month and do not pause or restart. The venue's plan and any discount do not change the amount, but a month without a payment earns nothing.
Nothing else earns a commission: ticket, table, pass or deposit sales, processing fees, platform fees and any other money a venue takes from its guests.
If a payment is refunded or disputed, the months it paid for come off your earnings, even after they were paid to you. If your earnings go below zero, later commissions make up the difference first.
Payouts
Each commission can be requested 14 days after the venue pays. Once $100 or more is ready, request a payout from your dashboard. We send it in US dollars by PayPal or Wise, and mark it paid once it has arrived. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn, and we may ask for tax details before paying you.
How you promote VenueStack
Introduce venues honestly. Don't spam, don't bid on VenueStack's name in search ads, don't pretend to be VenueStack, and don't promise prices or features we don't offer. We handle onboarding, training and support; you don't act on our behalf.
Changes
We may change these terms or end the program. Changes apply from the date they are posted; commissions already earned stay earned. Questions: support@venuestack.io.
