SevenRooms is a hospitality CRM, marketing and operations platform that also serves nightlife. Its nightclub offer covers table reservations with minimums, guest lists, promoters, ticketed events and email marketing, with guest profiles that can draw on POS spend. It is a strong fit for groups that run restaurants, bars and clubs and want one guest database across them.
VenueStack is built for venues where tickets, tables, passes and the door happen on the same night, and the team running them changes through the season. Every ticket, table booking and pass builds one customer list, ready to tag and email about the next event. New staff learn each job inside the dashboard, with guides that play on the page they are using. One plan covers all of it.

Yes. SevenRooms has a nightclub and bar offer with table reservations and minimums, guest lists, promoter tracking, ticketed events and email marketing, and it publishes Nightlife Platform setup and training pages. Compare the same event, door and table work in both demos rather than choosing on the category alone.
Its Training Hub has tracks for managers, hosts and front of house, and marketers, with instructional videos, guides, live webinars hosted by Customer Success Managers and user acceptance tests. VenueStack includes hands-on virtual training with our team, then narrated How-to guides that play on the dashboard’s own pages, filtered to each person’s role, which staff can replay any time.
SevenRooms offers Starter, Growth and Premium packages and asks you to request a quote. Its pricing FAQ mentions a one-time setup fee, and the page lists add-ons such as Email Marketing, Event Management and WhatsApp or text marketing. Ask for a nightclub quote with the marketing, venue count and integrations you need, then compare it with VenueStack’s $200 a month.
Its pricing FAQ says there is a transaction fee on pre-sales made through its booking widgets, and no reservation fees. The rate isn’t published, so ask for it in your currency, alongside your payment gateway’s card fees. VenueStack charges 4% processing fees, at least $2, plus Stripe’s card fees, and you choose whether guests or the venue pay each fee.
When you market to guests by what they order at the table or bar, not only what they paid online. SevenRooms lists POS integrations such as Toast and Micros Simphony, and can track itemized table spend in real time. VenueStack doesn’t offer an equivalent: its profiles show spend on the tickets, tables and passes sold through it.
List your future reservations, paid deposits, tags and email consent, and confirm which guest history SevenRooms lets you export. Note the automated emails and POS links you would rebuild or give up. If VenueStack is the SevenRooms alternative you choose, rehearse one night with your real tables and events before moving live bookings. We don’t promise an automatic import.
