UrVenue is built for hospitality operators that sell many kinds of inventory, from tables and cabanas to admissions and rentals, with dynamic pricing, deposits and custom quotes. Hosts work from live seating maps, POS integration links each party to its check spend, and guests can book from a 3D map. It is a strong fit for dayclubs, pools and groups running several venues.

VenueStack is built for nightclubs where tickets, tables, passes and the door all happen on the same night, and the team running them changes through the season. Every ticket, booking and check-in builds one guest list, and new staff learn each job inside the dashboard, with guides that play on the page they are using. One published plan covers all of it.

Questions aboutUrVenue.

More questions, answered

Not according to its own pages. UrVenue lists nightclubs and dayclubs, bars and lounges, sports bars, pools and beaches, and mixed-use and event venues among the places it serves. Its quote depends on your venue’s size and how many venues you onboard, so a single nightclub can ask for a scoped offer.

Not today. VenueStack has no point-of-sale integration and no 3D booking maps, and it doesn’t replace UrVenue’s dynamic pricing or POS-linked spend. Guests book from a map of your room, with each section’s minimum spend shown. If your nights depend on those deeper tools, UrVenue may suit you better.

UrVenue says its cost depends on your venue’s size, your needs, the features and integrations you choose, and how many venues you onboard, and it offers a tailored quote. Its product page doesn’t list processing fees. Ask for implementation, maps, integrations, support, fees and the contract term in writing.

We can’t say without your quote. VenueStack is $200 a month, or $180 a month billed yearly, with every feature. It adds 4% processing fees, at least $2, plus Stripe’s card fees, and you can pass both to guests. Compare that total with UrVenue’s full offer for the same month of bookings.

UrVenue advertises live human support around the clock by phone, email and web chat. Its FAQ describes customized onboarding of two weeks to a month or two, and training sessions through an Account Manager. VenueStack includes hands-on virtual training with our team, then narrated How-to guides that play on the dashboard’s own pages, filtered to each person’s role, alongside its Help Center.

List the booking types, integrations and future bookings you hold in UrVenue, and confirm which exports and settlement records you can take. Rebuild one ordinary night in VenueStack and run it with your hosts and door staff. If you are weighing an UrVenue alternative, move the same party in both. We don’t promise an automatic import.
