Speakeasy is a ticketing, reservations and payments platform for nightlife and live events, set up and run with its team. Its pages describe tickets with a flat $1 fee, tables booked on 3D floor plans it builds for you, a digital box office for door payments, two-way texting, and a guest CRM linked to your POS. It also runs a public discovery site of events and partner venues. It is a strong fit for groups that want one team to set up tickets, tables, the door and their website.

VenueStack is built for clubs that set up and run their own nights. Tickets, VIP tables with deposits and minimum spends, passes and the door run from one dashboard, and every ticket, booking and check-in builds one customer list. New staff learn each job inside the dashboard, with guides that play on the page they are using. One published plan covers all of it, with a free trial before you pay.

Questions about Speakeasy.

More questions, answered

Speakeasy’s partner page, checked 16 October 2026, doesn’t publish a monthly price. Its FAQ says there are no fixed costs or surprise fees, that platform subscription pricing is set client by client, and that it offers a competitive, price-matched processing rate. Its ticketing lists a flat $1 fee per ticket, and its guest list page says RSVPs are free for all clients. Ask for a written quote for one typical month.

Both. Its home page, checked 16 October 2026, is a public guide to trending events and partner venues, searchable by date. Its partner pages sell the system behind it: ticketing, table reservations, guest lists, door payments, CRM, marketing and websites. Before you compare, check which of these your club uses today.

Yes. Its 3D maps page, checked 16 October 2026, lets guests book tables on a 3D floor plan its team builds in as little as 48 hours, and lets you change minimums, deposit amounts and guest counts for each event. You can take requests, deposits or both, and its reservations page describes deposit pay links that ask for ID and a selfie. VenueStack books VIP tables on your floor plan with deposits and minimum spends, and our team can design the floor plan during onboarding.

Yes. Its guest list page, checked 16 October 2026, describes bulk CSV uploads, one free RSVP per verified guest per event and staff scanning tickets at the door. Its door page describes a digital box office that takes door payments, with prices changed live. VenueStack runs guest lists, finds guests by name and keeps a headcount every door shares. It scans tickets and passes offline too, as long as each device opened VenueStack online before doors.

Yes. Its integrations page, checked 16 October 2026, lists two-way POS integrations including Toast, Oracle Micros, Square, NCR Voyix, Agilysys InfoGenesis and Union POS, with ticket sales and deposits synced to the POS and in-venue spend added to guest profiles. VenueStack doesn’t integrate with a POS: its profiles show spend on the tickets, tables and passes sold through it.

Its support page, checked 16 October 2026, says every client gets a dedicated account representative for strategy, onboarding and ongoing optimization, with support around the clock by phone, text, WhatsApp, email or in the platform. Its POS page says it provides in-person training. A public Help Center isn’t listed. VenueStack includes hands-on virtual training with our team, then narrated How-to guides that play on the dashboard’s own pages, filtered to each person’s role, which staff can replay any time.

We can’t say without your quote. Speakeasy sets its platform subscription client by client and lists a flat $1 fee per ticket, plus a price-matched card rate. VenueStack is $200 a month, or $180 a month billed yearly, plus 4% processing fees, at least $2 and at most $50 (C$2.50–C$50, €2–€50, £1.50–£50) and Stripe’s card fees, which you can pass to guests. Compare the total for the same month of sales.

List future reservations, paid deposits and guest list entries, and confirm which guest and order data you can take. Speakeasy’s privacy notice, checked 16 October 2026, says venues may export guest data from its platform. If Speakeasy built and manages your website, plan where its booking links will point. Then rehearse one night in VenueStack with your real tables and events. We don’t promise an automatic import.
