Tixr is a live event commerce platform built for large, complex events: festivals, sports teams, arenas and venues. One checkout sells tickets beside hospitality packages, merch and parking, and its Studio backend adds rule-based dynamic pricing, waitlists, payment plans and reserved maps that can hold tables and sections. Its reserved seating page lists nightlife venues among its users. It is a strong fit for big onsales and layered packages.

VenueStack is built for clubs where tickets, VIP tables with deposits and minimum spends, guest lists and the door all happen on the same night, every week. Every ticket, booking and check-in builds one customer list, and new staff learn each job inside the dashboard, with guides that play on the page they are using. One published plan covers all of it.

  • Contract length, renewal and any exclusivity terms
  • A total for one typical month of your sales

Before processing fees and tax.

  • Processing fees

VenueStack adds 4% processing fees, at least $2 and at most $50 (C$2.50–C$50, €2–€50, £1.50–£50). Ask Tixr for its fee on each sale.

  • Card processing

VenueStack uses Stripe at your country’s rate. Tixr also runs payments through Stripe: ask for the rate.

  • Who pays

In VenueStack you choose, fee by fee, who pays. Tixr says organizers control how fees are shown to fans.

  2. Rebuild the night

Recreate your ticket tiers and promo codes, then add your tables, sections, deposits and minimums on your floor plan.

  3. Run a rehearsal

Questions about Tixr.

More questions, answered

Yes. Its reserved seating page, checked 16 October 2026, lists nightlife venues selling table and section inventory, and its music page names Wynn Nightlife and New City Gas among its venue and nightlife partners. On 5 October 2026 it published a story on Egg London, which books VIP tables online from a map of the club’s three floors. Its platform FAQ calls Tixr purpose-built for large-scale and complex events.

Tixr doesn’t publish a price. Its platform FAQ, checked 16 October 2026, says its fee structure is flexible and based on event type, volume and service tier, that organizers control how fees are shown to fans, and that payment processing runs through Stripe. It asks you to contact its team about fees for your events, so ask for the fee on each ticket and table sale in writing.

We can’t say without your quote. Tixr sets its fees by event type, volume and service tier. VenueStack is $200 a month, or $180 a month billed yearly, plus 4% processing fees, at least $2 and at most $50 (C$2.50–C$50, €2–€50, £1.50–£50) and Stripe’s card fees, which you can pass to guests. Compare the total for the same month of tickets and tables.

Its reserved seating tools sell tables, booths and sections on branded maps, and Tixr can build the map as part of onboarding. Its payment plans collect a deposit, then scheduled installments. Its pages, checked 16 October 2026, don’t describe minimum spends or bottle service, so ask before you rely on them. VenueStack books VIP tables on your floor plan with deposits and minimum spends, and our team can design the floor plan during onboarding.

Its onsite operations page, checked 16 October 2026, says scans queue locally on supported devices and sync when the connection returns, and that staff can find an order by name, email or a government ID. It scans rotating QR codes and contactless tickets in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. VenueStack scans tickets and passes offline too, as long as each device opened VenueStack online before doors, and keeps a headcount every door shares.

Its Studio FAQ, checked 16 October 2026, describes guided onboarding, role-based training and live enablement covering event setup, inventory, reporting and design, plus knowledge-base materials. All clients reach support seven days a week, and every client above the self-service level gets a dedicated Client Experience Manager. VenueStack includes hands-on virtual training with our team, then narrated How-to guides that play on the dashboard’s own pages, filtered to each person’s role.

Start with your agreement. Tixr’s website terms, checked 16 October 2026, say an organizer whose submission is selected enters an exclusive commercial partnership agreement, so confirm its end date and notice terms. Tixr says fan data is yours to export: take the fan and order exports you need, and plan for tickets already sold there. Then rebuild one night in VenueStack and run it with your door staff. We don’t promise an automatic import.
