Email reports

Emails → Reports shows every email you sent in a period together. Choose the period at the top right, as on Reports.

An email counts in the period it was sent in. Opens, clicks and sales that came later still count on it.

What's on the page

• The figures at the top: people sent to, the share who opened and clicked, Sales from emails, and how many people unsubscribed.
• Emails: a bar for each day you sent, showing how many people it reached, opened and clicked. Below it, each email with its results. Click an email to see its delivery, bounces and sales, then Open email for its full page.
• Top emails: your emails ranked by sales, opens or clicks.
• List health: delivered, bounced, marked as spam and unsubscribed across the period. The badge shows whether bounces and spam reports are Healthy, worth a Watch, or High.
• When people open: the hours your guests open emails, and how soon after it arrives half of them open it. Use it to pick a sending time.

Sales count purchases made through an email's own links. Refunded purchases are left out. Without Reports access, Delivered shows in place of sales.
