Sales and event results
Updated
The Reports page shows what you sold and which events did best. Everything on it follows the date range at the top right, which starts on Last 30 Days.
Read your sales totals
- Go to Reports.
- Pick a date range, such as Current Month or All Time.
- Click Total Sales, Ticket Sales, or Table Service to open the breakdown.
- Hover over or tap the info icons for line-by-line detail.
Total is the money you received, after fees your venue paid and refunds. Sales count on the day the order or booking was made, not the day of the event. See Who pays fees, and tax.
See each event's results
Event Performance, further down the page, lists each event with tickets sold, tables booked, and its total. It includes events dated in your range and any event that sold in it, so upcoming events already on sale show up too. You can also pick future dates in the range.
- Use Search, Sort by, and Time to find events. On a phone, tap the filter button next to Search.
- Hover over the info icon beside a total for the breakdown.
To see everything an event sold, choose All Time. Events with no sales are hidden until you set $0 Events to Show.
Compare two events
- In Event Performance, tick two events.
- Click Compare.
You can also start from the calendar: go to Events, click an event, choose Stats, click Compare, then click a second event.
The Compare Events window shows Event A and Event B side by side, with the difference for each figure. A green arrow means Event A did better. For Business-Paid Fees and Refunds, lower is better.
