Connect payments

To charge for tickets, table bookings, or deposits, connect a Stripe account. Stripe takes the guest's card payment and pays you out to your bank. Until then, only free tickets can be sold, and events show a red banner saying you cannot charge yet.

Connect Stripe

Have your business and bank details ready.

1. Go to Settings → Payments.
2. On the Stripe Connect card, click Connect Stripe Account.
3. Enter your business, identity, and bank details on Stripe, then finish.

If Stripe still needs something, click Complete Stripe Onboarding to carry on where you left off.

The card shows four checks: Account Status, Onboarding Status, Accept Payments, and Receive Payouts. When all four are green, you can take payments. To change your bank account later, click Update Stripe Settings.

Disconnect

On the Stripe Connect card, click the disconnect button, then confirm with Disconnect. You cannot take payments or refund past orders until you connect again.

• Payouts to your bank follow Stripe's schedule. Check timing in your Stripe dashboard.
