Venue details and menus
Updated
These settings describe your venue. Guests see your name, logo, and menus.
Venue details
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Upload a Business Logo (up to 5 MB). It shows on your public events page.
- Fill in Business Name, Contact Email, and Phone Number.
- Set Business Address and Timezone. New events use them as defaults, so set them before you create events.
- Add your Website, Google Reviews Link, and Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The review link and social links go in the thank-you email after a table booking.
- Under checkout terms, add your terms and conditions if guests must accept them before paying for tickets.
Changes save on their own. Your AI concierge also uses your address, phone, and website to answer guests.
Menus
Guests booking a table can open your menus at checkout, and staff can share them in chat.
- Go to Settings → Menus.
- Click +, then Upload menu on the new card. Use a JPEG, PNG, or PDF up to 10 MB.
- Type a Menu name, for example "Bottle menu".
On a computer, drag cards to change their order. To hide menus from guests, turn off Show on checkout. Staff can still use them.
Dashboard theme
- Go to Settings → Appearance.
- Click one of the ten themes. Pine is the default.
It saves straight away, for everyone on your team. The theme only changes your dashboard. Guest pages, checkout, widgets, and the floor plan keep your venue's brand color.
