Read the door report

The door report shows what your team counted with the Clicker for the events in the date range you choose.

Open the report

1. Go to Reports and choose Door.
2. Pick a date range at the top right. The report covers events dated in that range.

The figures at the top show everyone Through the door, the Male and Female counts with their share, the Average night with your busiest, and the Busiest hour.

Nights

Nights shows each counted event on a timeline and in a list. With a capacity set in Settings → Account, each night shows how full it got, and a night that reached it is marked At capacity.

Click a night to open it:

• Arrivals shows people counted by the hour, with the busiest hour marked.
• Split shows the male and female counts.
• Door and scanner sets the door count against the tickets and passes scanned. Not scanned is the rest: walk-ins, the guest list, and anyone let in without a scan.

The rest of the report

• Busiest nights ranks your nights by the door count.
• Who counted shows how many people each team member counted, less their own corrections.
• When people come in shows each weekday by hour, with all your nights together beside it.

Good to know

• A night's count is the same number the Clicker shows. After a reset, only what was counted since then is included.
