Read the table report
Updated
The table report goes deeper than the overview. It shows which sections earn the most, how guests book, and how full your tables get.
Open the report
- Go to Reports.
- Click Tables at the top.
- Pick a date range at the top right.
Bookings count on the day they were made. Sell-through covers events dated in your range.
What each part shows
- Table sales matches Table Service on the overview: what you keep after fees you paid and refunds.
- Tables booked counts confirmed, arrived, seated, and completed bookings. The line under it counts every booking made, including requests.
- Sell-through compares booked tables with the tables you had to sell. Closed tables don't count, and each timeslot counts separately.
- By section shows what each section brought in, and how much of it sold.
- Reservation status shows where this period's bookings are now, from Requested to Completed.
- How tables were booked splits bookings into Online, Staff, and Chat offer.
- Payment requests shows how many requests were paid, how many are still waiting, and what they collected.
- When tables are booked, Timeslots, Booked by your team, and Most booked tables show when, for which slot, by whom, and where.
