Add tickets to Wallet

Guests can keep their tickets and table bookings in Apple Wallet on an iPhone, or in Google Wallet on Android. The Wallet copy changes when you change the order, the booking or the event.
Where guests add them
Add to Apple Wallet shows on iPhones and Macs, and Add to Google Wallet on Android phones and computers. They appear:
- on the page a guest lands on after buying tickets or booking a table;
- in the ticket confirmation email, and in the table emails that confirm a booking (confirmed, approved, deposit received);
- on the tickets page the confirmation email links to;
- in the guest's account, on the order and on each upcoming booking.
Google Wallet shows only where VenueStack has it turned on for guests.
Tickets
One tap adds every ticket of the order. Each ticket is its own card with its own QR code, stacked together in Wallet. A guest can send one ticket to a friend from Wallet.
A ticket shows the event, date and time, ticket type, and which ticket it is ("2 of 4"). The ticket number is never on it. Your door scans it like the PDF. See Check guests in.
Table bookings
A booking shows the event, date, arrival time, section and status. It has no QR code, since the door does not scan bookings, and never shows the table number.
When things change

Good to know
- Changes can take a few minutes to reach the phone.
- Refunded and canceled tickets are left out when a guest adds an order.
- A guest who opens a link in an app's built-in browser, such as Instagram, is asked to open it in Safari for Apple Wallet.
